Absence update

It's winter in Minnesota now, and we've received a decent amount of snow cover. Final examinations are nearly over (within a little more than a week), and I assure you all I will be out with my cam as much as I can over our winter break. Perhaps traversing the north shore of Lake Superior (not as far north as *wb-skinner's territory, but close). My B+W 110 and Sigma 10-20 need to be broken in.

Thanks so much for featuring my shot...especially alongside 3 such fantastic pieces.

Marc Adamus does it, first of all, but being there.
He spends 200 days a year out in the wild, and knows the countryside he lives in so well that he knows where to be and when.
Then, add in his natural talent for composition and exposure, and years of field experience.....that's how he does it
